In class she has a smallish blanket to put over her legs. Yes there is heating, but the rooms are not so warm. You will sometimes see photos of high school girls wearing gym clothes under their uniform. It looks a bit tacky, which leads me to think that the photos were taken at a girl’s school. Girl’s schools, in school, fashion norms are notoriously more lax than outside the school gates or in mixed schools.
